# §284ee. Twenty-first replenishment

- (a) **In general—** The United States Governor of the International Development Association may contribute on behalf of the United States $3,198,552,000 to the twenty-first replenishment of the resources of the Association, subject to obtaining the necessary appropriations.
- (b) **Authorization of appropriations—** In order to pay for the United States contribution provided for in [subsection (a)](#a), there are authorized to be appropriated, without fiscal year limitation, $3,198,552,000 for payment by the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of the Treasury.
