# §277d–16. Authorization of appropriations


There is hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of State for the use of the United States Section, International Boundary and Water [Commission](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=2), United States and Mexico, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections [277d–13](/usc/22/277d–13.md) to 277d–16 of this title.
