# §2673. International Civil Aviation Organization; availability of funds for participation


The provisions of [section 287e of this title](/usc/22/287e.md), and regulations thereunder, applicable to expenses incurred pursuant to sections [287](/usc/22/287.md) to [287e](/usc/22/287e.md) of this title, may be applicable to the obligation and expenditure of funds in connection with United States participation in the International Civil Aviation Organization.
