# §2665d. Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship Program

- (a) **Authorization—** There shall be in the Department a Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Fellowship Program.
- (b) **Purpose—** The program required by [subsection (a)](#a) shall continue to recruit and [support](/usc/22/7432.md?p=12) outstanding individuals from diverse backgrounds to prepare them for careers in the Foreign Service.
- (c) **Administration—** The program required by [subsection (a)](#a) shall be administered by the Department, consistent with existing law and regulations.
