# §262p–4m. Population, health, and nutrition programs


The [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of the Treasury shall instruct the United States Executive Director of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development to urge the bank to [support](/usc/22/7432.md?p=12) an increase in the amount the bank lends annually to [support](/usc/22/7432.md?p=12) population, health, and nutrition programs of the borrower countries.
