# §262m–4. Environmental educational and training programs for mid-level bank managers and officials of borrowing countries


The [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of the Treasury shall instruct the United States Executive Directors of the [multilateral development banks](/usc/22/262p–5.md?p=1) to [support](/usc/22/7432.md?p=12) the strengthening of educational programs within each [multilateral development bank](/usc/22/262p–5.md?p=1) to improve the capacity of mid-level managers to initiate and manage environmental aspects of development activities, and to train officials of borrowing countries in the conduct of environmental analyses.
