# §262m–3. Cooperative information exchange system


The [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the [Administrator](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=1) of the Agency for International Development, shall create a system for cooperative exchange of information with other interested member countries on assistance proposals of the [multilateral development banks](/usc/22/262p–5.md?p=1).
