# §1645k. Transfer of records


The Secretary of State, the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of the Treasury, and the [Secretary](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=5) of Defense shall transfer or otherwise make available to the [Commission](/usc/22/1643a.md?p=2) such records and documents relating to claims authorized by this subchapter as may be required by the [Commission](/usc/22/1643a.md?p=2) in carrying out its functions under this subchapter.
