# §1642n. Transfer of records


The Secretary of State is authorized and directed to transfer or otherwise make available to the [Commission](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=2) such records and documents relating to claims authorized by this subchapter as may be required by the [Commission](/usc/22/277d–43.md?p=2) in carrying out its functions under this subchapter.
