# §387m. Equal treatment of retail outlets


The [Secretary](/usc/21/321.md?p=d) shall issue regulations to require that retail establishments for which the predominant business is the sale of [tobacco products](/usc/21/321.md?p=rr-1) comply with any advertising restrictions applicable to retail establishments accessible to individuals under the age of 18.
