# §346b. Authorization of appropriations


There are [authorized](/usc/21/360eee.md?p=2) to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for the purpose and administration of [sections 321(q)](/usc/21/321.md?p=q), (r), 342(a)(2), and [346a](/usc/21/346a.md) of this title.
