# §343–3. Disclosure

- (a) No provision of section [321(n)](/usc/21/321.md?p=n), [343(a)](/usc/21/343.md?p=a), or [348](/usc/21/348.md) of this title shall be construed to require on the [label](/usc/21/321.md?p=k) or [labeling](/usc/21/321.md?p=m) of a [food](/usc/21/321.md?p=f) a separate radiation disclosure statement that is more prominent than the declaration of ingredients required by [section 343(i)(2) of this title](/usc/21/343.md).
- (b) In this section, the term “radiation disclosure statement” means a written statement that discloses that a [food](/usc/21/321.md?p=f) has been intentionally subject to radiation.
