# §2316. Briefings on implementation


Not later than 90 days after December 20, 2019, and every 180 days thereafter until the date that is 5 years after December 20, 2019, the President, acting through the Secretary of State and the Director of [National](/usc/21/2302.md?p=1) Intelligence, in coordination with the Secretary of the Treasury, shall provide to the [appropriate congressional committees and leadership](/usc/21/2302.md?p=2) a comprehensive briefing on efforts to implement this subchapter.
