# §2014. Authorization of appropriations


There are authorized to be appropriated—

- (1) for fiscal year 2007—
  - (A) $500,000 to establish the [NMIC](/usc/21/2011.md?p=3) and [Council](/usc/21/2011.md?p=1); and
  - (B) such sums as are necessary for the operation of the [NMIC](/usc/21/2011.md?p=3) and [Council](/usc/21/2011.md?p=1); and
- (2) for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the [NMIC](/usc/21/2011.md?p=3) and [Council](/usc/21/2011.md?p=1).
