# §1534. Technical assistance and training

- (a) **In general—**
  - (1) **Technical assistance and agreements—** With respect to any [grant recipient](/usc/21/1523.md?p=6) or other organization, the [Administrator](/usc/21/1523.md?p=1) may—
    - (A) offer technical assistance and training; and
    - (B) enter into contracts and cooperative agreements.
  - (2) **Coordination of programs—** The [Administrator](/usc/21/1523.md?p=1) may facilitate the coordination of [programs](/usc/21/1523.md?p=8) between a [grant recipient](/usc/21/1523.md?p=6) and other organizations and entities.
- (b) **Training—** The [Administrator](/usc/21/1523.md?p=1) may provide training to any representative designated by a [grant recipient](/usc/21/1523.md?p=6) in—
  - (1) coalition building;
  - (2) task force development;
  - (3) mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or
  - (4) any other activity related to the purposes of the [Program](/usc/21/1523.md?p=8).
