# §144. Unlawful receiving of imported milk or cream


It shall be unlawful for any [person](/usc/21/149.md?p=a) in the [United States](/usc/21/149.md?p=b) to receive milk or cream imported into the [United States](/usc/21/149.md?p=b) unless the importation is in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
