# §7932. Technical assistance


If requested by a [State](/usc/20/7171.md?p=b-6) or [local educational agency](/usc/20/7713.md?p=9-A), a regional educational laboratory under part D of the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002 ([20 U.S.C. 9561](/usc/20/9561.md) et seq.) shall provide technical assistance to such [State](/usc/20/7171.md?p=b-6) or [local educational agency](/usc/20/7713.md?p=9-A) in meeting the requirements of [section 7801(21) of this title](/usc/20/7801.md?p=21).
