# §7923. Limitations on school-based health centers


Notwithstanding [section 7802 of this title](/usc/20/7802.md), funds used for activities under this chapter shall be carried out in accordance with the provision of [section 280h–5(a)(3)(C) of title 42](/usc/42/280h–5.md?p=a-3-C).
