# §7221h. Paperwork reduction


To the extent practicable, the [Secretary](/usc/20/7801.md?p=46) and each [authorized public chartering agency](/usc/20/7221i.md?p=1) shall ensure that implementation of this subpart results in a minimum of paperwork for any [eligible applicant](/usc/20/7221i.md?p=6) or [charter school](/usc/20/7221i.md?p=2).
