# §67. Right of repeal


Congress may alter, amend, add to, or repeal any of the provisions of sections [41](/usc/20/41.md) to [46](/usc/20/46.md), [48](/usc/20/48.md), [50](/usc/20/50.md), [51](/usc/20/51.md) to [53](/usc/20/53.md), and [54](/usc/20/54.md) to [57](/usc/20/57.md), of this title; but no contract or individual right made or acquired under such provisions shall be thereby divested or impaired.
