# §6433. State reallocation of funds


If a [State educational agency](/usc/20/7801.md?p=49) determines that a [State](/usc/20/7171.md?p=b-6) agency does not need the full amount of the subgrant for which such [State](/usc/20/7171.md?p=b-6) agency is eligible under this subpart for any fiscal year, the [State educational agency](/usc/20/7801.md?p=49) may reallocate the amount that will not be needed to other eligible [State](/usc/20/7171.md?p=b-6) agencies that need additional funds to carry out the purpose of this part, in such amounts as the [State educational agency](/usc/20/7801.md?p=49) shall determine.
