# §3485. Seal of Department


The [Secretary](/usc/20/3404.md?p=2) shall cause a seal of [office](/usc/20/3404.md?p=7) to be made for the [Department](/usc/20/3404.md?p=1) of such design as the [Secretary](/usc/20/3404.md?p=2) shall approve. Judicial notice shall be taken of such seal.
