# §1140n. Rule of construction


Nothing in this subpart shall be construed to limit or preempt any [State](/usc/20/1003.md?p=21-A) law requiring the production or distribution of postsecondary instructional materials in accessible formats to students with [disabilities](/usc/20/1003.md?p=6).
