# §1098g. Exemption from State disclosure requirements


[Loans](/usc/20/1066a.md?p=2) made, insured, or guaranteed pursuant to a program authorized by title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ([20 U.S.C. 1070](/usc/20/1070.md) et seq.) shall not be subject to any disclosure requirements of any [State](/usc/20/1003.md?p=21-A) law.
