# §1067i. Cross program and cross agency cooperation


The [Minority](/usc/20/1067k.md?p=2) [Science](/usc/20/1067k.md?p=4) and Engineering Improvement Programs shall cooperate and consult with other programs within the [Department](/usc/20/1003.md?p=4) and within Federal, [State](/usc/20/1003.md?p=21-A), and private agencies which carry out programs to improve the quality of [science](/usc/20/1067k.md?p=4), mathematics, and engineering education.
