### Effective Date of Repeal

Act Feb. 27, 1956, ch. 74, § 3, 70 Stat. 32, provided that: “The amendments made by this Act [amending sections 46f and 46g of this title and repealing this section] shall take effect as of noon on January 3, 1956.”
