# §4312. Regulations governing availability of appropriations for House committee employees


Appropriations for committee [employees](/usc/2/4558.md?p=2) shall be available in such amounts and under such regulations as may be approved by the Committee on House Oversight for compensation of [employees](/usc/2/4558.md?p=2) of the standing committees of the House of Representatives, except the Committee on Appropriations.
