# §1907b. Funds available for workers compensation payments


Available balances of expired United States Capitol Police appropriations shall be available to the Capitol Police to make the deposit to the credit of the [Employees](/usc/2/4558.md?p=2)’ Compensation Fund required by [section 8147(b) of title 5](/usc/5/8147.md?p=b).
