# §1721. Establishment


The [Librarian](/usc/2/1741.md?p=1) shall establish in the Library of Congress a National Recording Preservation [Board](/usc/2/1741.md?p=2) whose [members](/usc/2/4556.md?p=2) shall be selected in accordance with the procedures described in [section 1722 of this title](/usc/2/1722.md).
