# §1102. Definitions


In this chapter:

- (1) The term “Center” means the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Training and Development established under [section 1103(a) of this title](/usc/2/1103.md?p=a).
- (2) The term “Board” means the Board of Trustees of the John C. Stennis [Center](#1) for Public Service Training and Development established under [section 1103(b) of this title](/usc/2/1103.md?p=b).
- (3) The term “fund” means the John C. Stennis [Center](#1) for Public Service Training and Development Trust Fund provided for under [section 1105 of this title](/usc/2/1105.md).
