# §81s. Offenses


In case of a violation of this chapter, or any regulation under this chapter, by the [grantee](/usc/19/81a.md?p=h), any officer, agent or employee thereof responsible for or permitting any such violation shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000. Each day during which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
