# §4662. Duties


The duties described in this section are the following:

- (1) Assisting the Interagency Labor Committee to monitor and enforce the [labor obligations](/usc/19/4631.md?p=2) of [Mexico](/usc/19/4631.md?p=3).
- (2) Submitting to the Interagency Labor Committee on a quarterly basis reports on the efforts undertaken by [Mexico](/usc/19/4631.md?p=3) to comply with its [labor obligations](/usc/19/4631.md?p=2).
