# §4535. Regulations

- (a) **Secretary of the Treasury—** The [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of the Treasury shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this title[^1] and the amendments made by this title[^1] (except as provided by [subsection (b)](#b)).
- (b) **Secretary of Labor—** The [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of Labor shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the labor value content determination under [section 4532 of this title](/usc/19/4532.md).
