# §3908. Technical assistance


The President may direct the appropriate agencies of the [United States](/usc/19/3902.md?p=10) Government to make available technical assistance to [countries](/usc/19/1677.md?p=3) seeking to implement the [Kimberley Process Certification Scheme](/usc/19/3902.md?p=6).
