# §3736. Donation of air traffic control equipment to eligible sub-Saharan African countries


It is the sense of the Congress that, to the extent appropriate, the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) Government should make every effort to donate to governments of sub-Saharan African [countries](/usc/19/1677.md?p=3) determined to be eligible under [section 3703 of this title](/usc/19/3703.md) air traffic control equipment that is no longer in use, including appropriate related reimbursable technical assistance.
