# §3012. Reference to Harmonized Tariff Schedule


Any reference in any law to the “Tariff Schedules of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9)”, “the Tariff Schedules”, “such Schedules”, and any other general reference that clearly refers to the [old Schedules](/usc/19/3002.md?p=5) shall be treated as a reference to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
