# §3008. Import and export statistics


The [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of Commerce shall compile, and make publicly available, the import and export trade statistics of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9). Such statistics shall be conformed to the nomenclature of the [Convention](/usc/19/3002.md?p=2).
