# §2575a. Inquiry point


The [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5) information center maintained under [section 2544 of this title](/usc/19/2544.md) shall, in addition to the functions specified therein, make available to the public relevant documents, at such reasonable fees as the [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of Commerce may prescribe, and information regarding—

- (1) any [sanitary or phytosanitary measure](/usc/19/2575b.md?p=7-A) of general application, including any [control or inspection procedure](/usc/19/2575b.md?p=4) or [approval procedure](/usc/19/2575b.md?p=2) proposed, adopted, or maintained by a Federal or [State](/usc/19/2577.md?p=2) [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1);
- (2) the procedures of a Federal or [State](/usc/19/2577.md?p=2) [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1) for [risk assessment](/usc/19/2575b.md?p=6), and factors the [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1) considers in conducting the assessment and in establishing the levels of protection that the [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1) considers appropriate;
- (3) the membership and participation of the Federal Government and [State](/usc/19/2577.md?p=2) governments in international and regional sanitary and phytosanitary organizations and systems, and in bilateral and multilateral arrangements regarding sanitary and phytosanitary measures, and the provisions of those systems and arrangements; and
- (4) the location of notices of the type required under article 719 of the [NAFTA](/usc/19/2577.md?p=1), or where the information contained in such notices can be obtained.
