# §2562. Consideration of standards-related activities by an international forum


No [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5)-related activity being engaged in within the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) may be stayed in any judicial or administrative proceeding on the basis that such activity is currently being considered, pursuant to the [Agreement](/usc/19/2518.md?p=1), by an international forum.
