# §2554. Procedure after finding by international forum

- (a) **In general—** If an appropriate international forum finds that a [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5)-related activity being engaged in within the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) conflicts with the obligations of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) under the [Agreement](/usc/19/2518.md?p=1), the interagency trade organization established under [section 1872(a) of this title](/usc/19/1872.md?p=a) shall review the finding and the matters related thereto with a view to recommending appropriate action.
- (b) **Cross reference—** For provisions of law regarding remedies available to domestic [persons](/usc/19/1683.md?p=8) alleging that [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5) activities engaged in by Parties to the [Agreement](/usc/19/2518.md?p=1) (other than the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9)) violate the obligations of the [Agreement](/usc/19/2518.md?p=1), see [section 2411 of this title](/usc/19/2411.md).
