# §2551. Right of action


Except as provided under this subpart, the provisions of this part do not create any right of action under the laws of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) with respect to allegations that any [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5)-related activity engaged in within the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) violates the obligations of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) under the [Agreement](/usc/19/2518.md?p=1).
