# §2546. Technical assistance


The [Trade Representative](/usc/19/1677.md?p=32) and the [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) concerned may each, with respect to functions for which responsible under this subchapter, make available, on a reimbursable basis or otherwise, to any other Federal [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1), [State](/usc/19/2577.md?p=2) [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1), or private [person](/usc/19/1683.md?p=8) such assistance, including, but not limited to, employees, [services](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=4), and facilities, as may be appropriate to assist such [agency](/usc/19/2578b.md?p=a-1) or [person](/usc/19/1683.md?p=8) in carrying out [standards](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=5)-related activities in a manner consistent with this subchapter.
