# §2484. International drug control


The President shall submit a report to Congress at least once each calendar year listing those foreign [countries](/usc/19/2467.md?p=2) in which narcotic drugs and other controlled substances (as listed under [section 812 of title 21](/usc/21/812.md)) are produced, processed, or transported for unlawful [entry](/usc/19/1677.md?p=23) into the [United States](/usc/19/2319.md?p=8). Such report shall include a description of the measures such [countries](/usc/19/2467.md?p=2) are taking to prevent such production, processing, or transport.
