# §2114e. Negotiation of agreements concerning high technology industries


The President may enter into such bilateral or multilateral agreements as may be necessary or appropriate to achieve the [objectives](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=3) of this section and the negotiating [objectives](/usc/19/2576b.md?p=3) under [section 2114a(c) of this title](/usc/19/2114a.md?p=c).
