# §1683d. Reconciliation


The [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of the Treasury shall conduct reconciliations to ensure the proper implementation and operation of international agreements entered into between a [country of export](/usc/19/1683.md?p=2) of softwood lumber or softwood lumber products described in [section 1683b(a) of this title](/usc/19/1683b.md?p=a) and the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9). The [Secretary](/usc/19/1681.md?p=1) of Treasury shall reconcile the following:

- (1) The [export price](/usc/19/1683.md?p=5-A) declared by a [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) importer pursuant to [section 1683a(b)(1) of this title](/usc/19/1683a.md?p=b-1) with the [export price](/usc/19/1683.md?p=5-A) reported to the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) by the [country of export](/usc/19/1683.md?p=2), if any.
- (2) The [export price](/usc/19/1683.md?p=5-A) declared by a [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) importer pursuant to [section 1683a(b)(1) of this title](/usc/19/1683a.md?p=b-1) with the revised [export price](/usc/19/1683.md?p=5-A) reported to the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) by the [country of export](/usc/19/1683.md?p=2), if any.
