# §1353. Indebtedness of foreign countries, effect on


Nothing in this part shall be construed to give any authority to cancel or reduce, in any manner, any of the indebtedness of any foreign [country](/usc/19/1677.md?p=3) to the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9).
