# §126. Imports from Canal Zone


All laws affecting imports of articles, goods, wares, and merchandise and [entry](/usc/19/1677.md?p=23) of [persons](/usc/19/1683.md?p=8) into the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) from foreign [countries](/usc/19/1677.md?p=3) shall apply to articles, goods, wares, and merchandise and [persons](/usc/19/1683.md?p=8) coming from the Canal Zone, Isthmus of Panama, and seeking [entry](/usc/19/1677.md?p=23) into any [State](/usc/19/2577.md?p=2) or Territory of the [United States](/usc/19/1683.md?p=9) or the District of Columbia.
