# §4103. Applicability of United States laws


All laws of the United States, as appropriate, pertaining to prisoners, probationers, parolees, and [juvenile](/usc/18/4101.md?p=c) [offenders](/usc/18/4101.md?p=e) shall be applicable to [offenders](/usc/18/4101.md?p=e) transferred to the United States, unless a [treaty](/usc/18/4101.md?p=k) or this chapter provides otherwise.
