# §3625. Inapplicability of the Administrative Procedure Act


The provisions of sections [554](/usc/5/554.md) and [555](/usc/5/555.md) and [701](/usc/5/701.md) through [706](/usc/5/706.md) of title 5, United States Code, do not apply to the making of any determination, decision, or order under this subchapter.
