# §3334. General provisions


The provisions of [chapter 215](/usc/18/chptII/ch215.md), [title 18](/usc/18.md), United States Code, and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure applicable to regular grand juries shall apply to special grand juries to the extent not inconsistent with sections [3331](/usc/18/3331.md), [3332](/usc/18/3332.md), or [3333](/usc/18/3333.md) of this chapter.
